Bongiovi Media & Technology, Inc., a Florida corporation (“BMT”), a parent company of Bongiovi Medical & Health Technologies, LLC.(“BMHT”), is a private company focused on the use, expansion, and optimization of sound in medicine, including the development, application and global marketing of the patented Medical Digital Power Station (MDPS) technology. (BMT and BMHT shall be collectively referred to as the “Company”). The Company owns and operates this website (“Site”). Jurisdiction, Severability

In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.
